Terms and Conditions

1. Purpose

These Terms and Conditions govern all passenger transport services provided by Fast-Taxi SÀRL ("Fast Taxis"), based in Eysins, Canton of Vaud, Switzerland.

2. Booking and confirmation

A booking is only confirmed once explicitly acknowledged by Fast Taxis (SMS, WhatsApp, email or call). The price quoted at booking is fixed and final for the requested journey, subject to the supplements set out herein.

3. Pricing

Prices are all-inclusive fixed fares (journey, standard luggage, tolls). Any unplanned stop, waiting time beyond 15 minutes, or mid-journey change of destination will be charged as a supplement at the applicable hourly rate (minimum CHF 1/min waiting). All prices are in CHF, VAT included.

4. Cancellation and changes

Free cancellation up to 12 hours before pick-up. Cancellation between 1 and 12 hours: 50% of the fixed price is due. Cancellation less than 1 hour before departure or no-show: 100% of the fixed price is due. Any change to date, time or address is subject to availability and may result in a price adjustment.

5. Client late arrival

Fast Taxis allows a 15-minute grace period at the agreed address, included in the fixed price. Beyond this, additional waiting is charged at CHF 1 per minute. After 30 minutes with no contact from the Client, Fast Taxis reserves the right to cancel the journey and charge 100% of the fare.

6. Liability

Fast Taxis is committed to providing services in the best conditions of safety and punctuality. Its liability is limited to cases of gross or intentional misconduct only. Fast Taxis shall not be liable for delays caused by events beyond its control: traffic, weather conditions, accidents, roadworks, traffic restrictions, or any other force majeure event. No refund will be granted in such situations.

7. Passenger conduct

The Client is responsible for the conduct of all passengers. Fast Taxis reserves the right to interrupt or refuse service in the event of inappropriate, violent or dangerous behaviour, without refund. Any damage caused to the vehicle by a passenger will be invoiced to the Client at actual repair cost (minimum CHF 150 for deep cleaning).

8. Luggage and personal belongings

Standard luggage is included in the fare. Oversized or excess luggage must be declared at the time of booking. Fast Taxis accepts no responsibility for items left in the vehicle, undeclared luggage damage, or loss of undeclared valuables.

9. Animals

Pets are accepted subject to availability and must be declared at booking. The animal must be in an appropriate carrier or on a leash. Cleaning fees may be charged in the event of soiling.

10. Personal data

Data collected (name, phone, email, address) is used solely for booking management and client communication. It is never sold or shared with third parties. In accordance with Swiss data protection law (FADP) and GDPR, the Client may request access, correction or deletion of their data by contacting Fast Taxis.

11. Complaints

Any complaint regarding a service must be submitted in writing (email or WhatsApp) within 7 days of the journey. After this period, no complaint will be accepted. Fast Taxis commits to responding within a reasonable timeframe.

12. Amendments

Fast Taxis reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. The applicable Terms are those in force at the time of booking, as published on fast-taxis.ch.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by Swiss law. In the event of a dispute, the parties shall seek an amicable resolution. Failing that, jurisdiction lies with the Civil Court of La Côte district (Nyon).
